To cancel a placed order, please contact us at help@velotricbike.com before the order ships out. Submitting a cancellation request before order ship out will not guarantee a cancellation success. Customers will receive an email confirmation if the order is successfully canceled.

Summit 1 win win!
I just purchased a blue, large frame Summit 1 and it arrived quickly and in perfect condition! Oh my, it is a beauty! Velotric accessories so far are rear rack, water bottle, extra battery and cover plate for extra battery. I added a storage bag (for rear rack) and a phone mount. The app and on board controls are great and so user friendly! I took it for it's first ride today (12.4 miles) and wow what a blast to ride! I would recommend this bike to anyone wanting an a MTB style ebike. I think a mint green Discover 2 may be coming soon for the wife when I can afford it! I hope to put many miles and smiles on this awesome ebike, great job Velotric!

Great bike overall, can’t wait to put more miles on it.
First ebike, loving the power. Bike was not damaged on arrival but the front brakes were pretty difficult to adjust and get working properly. I’ve put over 200 miles on it these last two weeks and really have had no issues. I do believe it needs lower gearing, at least one lower gear, in order to do many trails. I also plan on upgrading the fork and possibly a dropper post.
