Geat Company!
I want to thank you for your excellent customer service. I had an issue with my bike and emailed support and was promptly taken care of. I have had the bike for six months and what I needed was under warranty. Ilove my Velotric Fold 1, I myself am handicap and it allows me to do things I would not otherwise be able to, Great price$ , and prompt friendly customer support!!

I like it for commuting
Received, assembled and rode a few times. It's easy, straightforward and fun. And FAST! So wear a helmet and watch out for traffic. They don't know you're going as fast as you are... Ride Careful - Ride Velotric. I have.

Velotric Fold 1 has been life changing!
It’s what the title says - owning this bike has changed my life. I am chronically ill, and my strength and mobility have been limited a lot by that. I’ve had the Velotric Fold 1 for a month now, though, and it’s improved my quality of life greatly! I’m now able to explore my neighborhood and the city I live in without fear of ending up stranded because my strength gave out too far from home. I’ve been getting stronger, while still working within my limits, and it’s one of the best gifts I’ve given myself, to own this bike!
A couple things I want to note:
- I do wish the saddle were a bit more cushioned, but I’ve gotten used to it over time, and I can replace that for something more cushioned pretty easily.
- While the speed is supposed to reach 20 mph, I often find it difficult to reach that speed, regardless of where my gears are it. I’m still giving it 5 stars, though, because I’m not sure if this is due to my own limitations or not, and it’s quite possible it is.
- I do wish I’d paid a bit more to get the Fold 1 Plus, as I think having the option of a torque sensor would have been worth it. But I still LOVE the Fold 1 and think it’s perfect as it is!
Overall, I’m really happy with my purchase! I do plan to upgrade to the Fold 1 Plus when I can, but considering this is my first e-bike, I’m really enjoying it and recommend it to all my friends.
