  • Motor
Small, silent, but plenty of power to spark joy on your everyday adventures.
The heart of the Velopower E35 is driven by our new rear hub motor. Most of our R&D time was spent in creating one of the smallest and quietest rear hub motors out there.

Equipped with an inner rotor with a 12:1 high reduction ratio motor, the Velopower E35 will deliver a max torque of 45Nm, and have a top speed of 20 MPH by default (Class 1). At 10 degrees uphill, it will go up to 6.2MPH, just enough to handle even the toughest city slopes. At full operating capacity, it’ll still be at a quiet 63db, while remaining silent in most riding situations.

  • Battery
Safe, efficient and neatly tucked away to power your pedaling to an extraordinary day.
Powering the Velopower E35 system is our most compact battery design yet. Our engineers designed the structure to have the highest space utilization rate in our slim frame to ensure a high energy density without requiring a multitude of wires, ports, or accessories. Using a CAN-BUS charging port provides a single interface for charging, system diagnosis or attaching the Range Extender.

Safety is top of mind for us, and it uses a 21700 battery cells certified by Samsung and are also currently undergoing UL 2271 certification (expected certification date: June 2023).

The system comes with SoC Algorithm (State of Charge) which records the length and times of charge and discharge, can help prevent overcharging or deep discharging and unnecessary damages to the battery.

  • Torque Sensor
Delivering a smoother ride experience, encouraging joyful exploration, not soulless transportation.
Velopower E35’s torque PAS (pedal assist) sensor mirrors your power input through the pedals more precisely and accurately. Not only does that mean the acceleration feels smoother and more natural, but it’ll also conserve battery more efficiently.

We have 3 custom Riding Modes, each with 5 different levels of pedal assist, for a total of 15 different riding experiences.
