The Velotric Nomad 2 is an excellent fat tire e-bike, perfect for paved roads, off-road trails, and beach rides!

The Velotric Nomad 2 isn’t just about SensorSwap, comfort, and versatility—it’s the perfect companion for any adventure.

I accelerated the bike up to 20 MPH and hit the brake, the brake response was very fast. I can tell you this gear shifting is so smooth that I don't hear any clunking at all.

We liked the bike’s highly responsive torque sensor, which is paired with its 750W rear hub motor. With the ability to vary the motor output based on how hard you pedal, the Nomad 2 feels intuitive and natural.

A Beast
I went a little crazy and have 4 different Velotric bikes. Discover 1+, Discover 2, Go1, and now Nomad 2 . I think all are great and worth the price. Definitely different rides. Nomad 2 is a big bike and super comfortable cruise. Discover 2 is also super comfortable and much more appropriate for older adults and women generally speaking. Go 1 and Discover 1+ are great and more affordable but lack the bigger color screens , Bluetooth connectivity, have cadence only and smaller 500 watt motors. Still very powerful as I broke 2 ribs this March 3 on Discover 1+. Takeoff was too fast with steering wheel not straight forward. My bad. Motor kicked in and I was down immediately. Be careful. These are not toys. All are very powerful, well made, and super fun. Nomad 2 is next level great. I have done previous reviews and just love Velotric bikes.

Purchased two, one medium size for my wife, and the large frame the for me. Considered smaller fat tire, more compact frames and even folding designs, but I was concerned about sacrificing stability and tracking in loose material. Excellent quality for this price point, nice handlebar configuration, robust frame welds, and adjustable front and seat shock absorption. I very much appreciate the large disc braking front and rear. Good color choices. Fast delivery and well packaged. I will be purchasing a 20Ah replacement battery if Velotric offers this in future.

What a great bike!
This is my first e-bike and I couldn't be happier. It fits my larger frame just perfect! Even with my size I am able to get roughly 45 miles per charge and that is while have some fun here and there on the class 3 setting.
I love everything about this bike!
