To cancel a placed order, please contact us at help@velotricbike.com before the order ships out. Submitting a cancellation request before order ship out will not guarantee a cancellation success. Customers will receive an email confirmation if the order is successfully canceled.

I love riding again!
The T1 ST Plus is the perfect ebike! I was looking for an ebike that had the look of a regular hybrid bike and the T1 ST Plus hit the mark. I love that it's light enough for me to easily lift, the integrated battery, and the price point. I always thought riding an ebike would make me feel old, but instead, riding it makes me feel young again!

great bike, easy to handle
An absolutely wonderful bike. The rides are super comfortable, easy going due to the e-assist that kicks in smoothly when necessary. I go super fast and it's easy to handle for me as a woman.
Also, I carry the bike in an elevator in an apartment building and up and down stairs. It's also easy to take it on busses or metro.
Totally recommend!

My first e bike
I have been biking for more than 40 years and still active on bike every few days and 8 hours each time. Now I reached Medicare age I chose it not only its Lightweight but I still can use it like a regular bike
