How does the Velo Insider discount code actually work?

Our Velo Insider will each have an unique referral code, which will allow their family and friends to enjoy exclusive discounts. Once a family or friend has added items to their cart and proceeded to checkout, they can apply the code in the discount code field provided.
How many times can my code be used?

There is no limit set on how many times the discount code can be used. However, it can only be used once by each person you refer.
Are there any restrictions on what products can be purchased with the Velo Insider codes?

They can be used exclusively online to purchase any Velotric product, including accessories. Note: the Fold 1 model is not eligible for the exclusive Velo Insider discount but the code will cover the cost of a Velotric Front Basket once added to the cart.
Does the discount apply to in-person purchases at a Velotric dealer as well?

No, all Velo Insider codes and reward tier codes are only valid for online purchases on the Velotric site.

No, the Velo Insider code may not be used in conjunction with another promo code. However, it can be applied at checkout on top of an existing markdown price, including flash sales.

We are allowing customers that use a Velo Insider code on their Fold 1 purchase to receive a complementary Velotric Front Basket. Once the Fold 1 and Front Basket are in your cart, apply the Velo Insider code and it will automatically deduct the full amount of the Front Basket.
